Smibert Studio Gallery in Northern Tasmania was established in 1984 by artists Tony Smibert and Carmel Burns.  Since then it has opened its doors and collections of art works to visitors from around the world.  From here paintings and exhibitions travel around Australia and overseas.

The Studios enjoy spectacular views of rolling countryside to the rugged walls of the Great Western Tiers.  Quamby Bluff is a prominent feature from both studios - where the changing face of nature is displayed through the seasons with distant summer haze, a dusting of snow in winter and the gathering of clouds in a dramatic play of light year-round.
